Nina Simone Giclee Print - To Be Young, Gifted, and Black

I am so honored to present this print! I was contacted by the National Trust for Historic Preservation to paint a portrait of world-renown jazz singer Nina Simone. The mission? To raise funds to restore her childhood home in Tryon, North Carolina.

The campaign was a success! $34,100— 132% of the $25,000 goal—was raised to help ensure that this sacred historic site is preserved.

These prints are both printed with a byline and signed by Dare Coulter. It is an archival quality Giclée reproduction with a color lifespan of 200+ years. It is printed with acid free ink on acid free watercolor paper.

Each print on paper includes a proportional white border.
